We specialize in Fully Crewed All Inclusive Charters which include full meal and drink packages however we do offer packages for those more adventurous types of clients looking to Bareboat Charter. Our hand picked selection of yachts have been fully vetted to ensure an amazing experience for our clients. We offer a wide selection of yacht sizes and price points to ensure we meet the needs of every client. We also offer all yacht styles including Sailing yachts (monohull & catamaran), Powerboats, Power Catamarans, Larger Yachts, & Super Yachts.
Where we Book
Luxury Charter Brokers offers charters worldwide but specializes in the Caribbean. Our most popular sailing destination is The US or British Virgin Islands closely followed by The Bahamas. Our goal is to educate each client to ensure that we are providing yacht options in the best destination for their ideal travel experience, as no two destinations are created equally.
Trip Length
One of the most common questions we receive is how long you should charter for. Typically the yachts we charter are designed to charter 7 nights (8 days), however many are flexible with the amount of time you can book them. We always suggest 7 nights which we feel provides the best experience. Nearly every guest who charters with us wishes they would have gone longer.
The Booking Process
When a client is interested in booking a trip with us we always like to start off with a call to understand the customers needs. From there we typically provide 3 or more options for yachts for the client to review. If the client likes an option and knows when they would like to book, we place a complimentary hold on the yacht while we draft a contract to be reviewed by the client. Once the contract is signed a 25% deposit is collected to finalize the booking. A second 25% deposit is collected 6 months prior to the trip, and the final 50% payment is collected 3 months prior to the trip. We send out preference sheets to the client which are to be filled out and sent to the crew to review prior to the trip. We encourage crew and guests to jump on a zoom call prior to their trip to review preference sheets and finalize travel details.
