Luxury Charter Brokers specializes in placing yachts into profitable charter programs worldwide.  Our team will assist you from start to finish starting with identifying the perfect yacht, business plans, tax planning, charter management, equipping the yacht, and after sales support.  Benefits to placing a yacht in charter include:

• Profit- If clients follow our program they can expect to actually make money in their charter business with our best yachts making $300K+ annually.
• Owners Time- Our owners receive unlimited owners time on their vessel.  Just keep in mind the more you're on it, the less it will make in revenue.
• Tax Deductions- If placed in the right charter program and if clients follow the advice of our CPA partners, they can receive up to 100% bonus depreciation on the vessel to offset taxes.
• Financing- Our financing partners currently offer up to 80% LTV on vessels purchased through us on 20 year fully amortized loans with interest rates in line with real estate purchase, for approved clients.

Program Options:

• Fully Crewed- Our most profitable charter programs are fully crewed all inclusive charters which are perfect for vessels over 48' and have starting price points in the low $500K range used.   
• Captain Only- Captain only charter options are great for yachts 42'+ which start out around $300K used.
• Bareboat- Bareboat Yachts (without crew) are great options for clients that can start out under $300K used, however these programs are far less profitable than the options above.
• Other Options- Other options like our sailing school yachts offer a unique alternative to the typical charter business while still offering great profitability.
